Provider fees are displayed to the customer at checkout. You choose whether they carry the fee or you absorb it.
Processing fees
Our platform fee is 5% per transaction. The rest is charged by the routed provider and varies by amount, region, and payment method. Fees are always quoted before the customer confirms payment.
Larger orders usually carry lower percentage fees. You can configure the checkout to pass fees on to the customer or absorb them as the merchant.
Minimum order amount
The minimum per transaction is $1–$30 depending on which provider the traffic routes through. The gateway automatically picks the lowest-minimum provider that matches the customer's geography and card type.
Customer cards must be 3D Secure enabled. This is enforced by the provider, not by us — it's a key part of why chargeback fraud is eliminated.
