Frequently asked.
Straight answers to the questions merchants ask before signing up. If yours isn't here, our WhatsApp support is one tap away — real humans, no ticket queue.
What services does Risksless offer?
Risksless is a software integration service that lets merchants accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, local bank transfer) and get paid in USDC on Polygon — with zero KYC, zero KYB, and zero chargebacks. We also operate a native crypto gateway that forwards BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT and 150+ tokens to your wallet, and a no-KYC virtual credit card product for merchants who want to spend their incoming USDC directly.
What information or documents do I need to provide?
None. We don't collect passports, driver's licenses, selfies, utility bills, business registration documents, bank statements, or references. All you provide is a USDC Polygon wallet address where you want to be paid. The service is open access — no signup, no verification, no merchant interview.
Do you accept high-risk businesses?
Yes — the platform was built specifically for high-risk verticals. Crypto exchanges, forex & trading, gaming & iGaming, dating, nutra & supplements, CBD, e-learning, high-ticket coaching, digital goods, travel resellers — all accepted with instant approval. If your MCC is restricted on Stripe, Shopify, or PayPal, you're almost certainly accepted here.
What payment methods do my customers see at checkout?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfers, and various local bank transfer options depending on the customer's country. The specific set displayed depends on which provider the router selects for each transaction.
What fees do you charge?
The Risksless platform fee is 5% per transaction. On top of that, the underlying payment provider charges their own fee, which varies by amount, region, and payment method. Total fees are always displayed to the customer at checkout before they confirm. Larger orders generally carry lower effective percentage fees. You can configure the checkout to pass fees on to the customer or absorb them as the merchant.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes — per-transaction minimums range from $1 to $30 depending on which provider routes the payment. The default multi-provider mode picks the lowest-minimum provider for each customer's geography automatically. You can also lock to a specific provider if you want consistency.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is free forever — unlimited transactions, payment links, hosted checkout, and all plugins (WooCommerce, WHMCS, OpenCart, PrestaShop) are included. You only pay the standard per-transaction processing fee when you make a sale. Paid plans reduce the per-transaction fee and unlock API access, custom branded checkout, and priority support.
How quickly are payouts processed?
Instant. The moment a card transaction clears through the routed provider, USDC is pushed on-chain to your Polygon wallet. There's no T+1, no weekly batch, no holding period. We never hold or custody your money at any point.
Can my payouts be held or restricted for 180 days?
No. We don't control your payouts — they're pushed directly on-chain the moment a transaction settles. Because we never custody your money, there's no one in the chain who can freeze or reverse it.
Is there a rolling reserve?
No. All payouts are 100% instant and in full. No rolling reserve, no percentage withheld against future chargebacks (there are no chargebacks).
Do you accept merchants worldwide?
Yes. Any merchant from any country can use the service without restriction — the merchant-side has no geographic gating. Customer-side coverage is worldwide except for a small list of restricted countries, which varies slightly by provider. The router automatically selects providers with coverage for each incoming customer's region.
What happens if a customer disputes a payment?
Disputes are handled by the underlying licensed payment provider, not by you. Because the provider settles funds on-chain to your wallet the moment the transaction clears, they can't claw back what's already been delivered. In practice this means merchants on Risksless carry zero chargeback liability — disputes are the provider's problem, not yours.
Are all payments really irreversible?
Yes. Once USDC is in your wallet on-chain, it's yours. No provider, bank, or card network can reverse the on-chain transfer. This is the single biggest structural difference between Risksless and traditional card processing.
Will my merchant account be shut down for chargebacks?
You don't have a merchant account with us — just a plan that gives you access to the routing software. There's no account to shut down. The underlying providers manage their own risk at the transaction level, not at the merchant level.
Do I need API keys?
No. The API is open access. You pass your USDC wallet address directly in the request. No account to create, no keys to rotate, no OAuth. Read the API documentation for the endpoints and parameters.
Can I put my own branding on the checkout page?
Yes. On paid plans you can customise the hosted checkout with your own logo, colours, and email receipt branding. Your customer sees your brand throughout the payment flow — the Risksless name doesn't appear on the checkout page or the receipt.
Can I resell this to my own clients?
Risksless is designed for merchants accepting payments on their own sites. If you're looking to onboard other merchants under your own brand, please reach out to our team directly via WhatsApp — we handle those arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Can I use the same wallet across multiple websites?
Yes. There's no per-domain licensing and no limit on how many sites use the same wallet. Many merchants run a portfolio of brands or landing pages from a single Polygon wallet. The dashboard separates transactions by referring domain so reporting stays clean.
