Our mission

Traditional payment processing is built around slow merchant underwriting queues — the same model banks have used for forty years. A founder in Lagos with a forex signals business is just as creditworthy as a founder in London selling the same product, but only one of them can open a Stripe account quickly. That asymmetry is the problem we exist to fix.

Risksless is a software integration layer. We don't custody funds. What we do is route card transactions through a network of licensed providers that already hold the acquiring relationships — providers who perform customer verification where required — and settle the proceeds on-chain to a wallet the merchant controls. The whole loop runs without anyone in the middle holding your money.

Every successful transaction settles to your Polygon wallet within seconds of the provider clearing it. No T+1, no weekly batches, no rolling reserves, no 180-day holds. We physically cannot hold your money — it never passes through our infrastructure.

No chargeback fraud

Once USDC is on-chain in your wallet, it's yours. The card network can't claw back an on-chain settlement. Final on-chain settlement eliminates chargeback fraud — you keep what you earn.

Compliance

• Card processing and customer verification are performed by licensed third-party payment providers.
• Risksless does not custody funds; settlement is delivered directly to merchant wallets.
• Merchants are screened at registration against our Acceptable Use Policy and monitored on an ongoing basis for suspicious volume patterns. Accounts engaged in prohibited activity are suspended and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Legal positioning

Risksless is a software integration service. We don't provide payment services, money transmission, banking, custody, or cryptocurrency brokerage. Card processing is handled by licensed third-party payment providers. USDC payouts are delivered on-chain via licensed cryptocurrency providers. We're not affiliated with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal — all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
