Licensing requirements
Merchants must hold any licence their vertical requires in the markets they sell to. This applies in particular — but not only — to gambling and iGaming, CBD and cannabis-derived products, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and money services businesses. Operating in a licensed vertical without the required licence is a violation of this policy.
Enforcement
Risksless may suspend merchant registrations, invalidate checkout endpoints, withhold routing, and report merchants to the relevant authorities for violations of this policy. Monitoring for prohibited activity is continuous — merchants are screened at registration and reviewed on an ongoing basis for suspicious volume patterns.
Reporting a violation
To report a merchant you believe is violating this policy, contact legal@risksless.com. Reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially.
